Bananzia support in UK
Two channels, one email address. Anything claiming to be Bananzia support from somewhere else is not us.
How to reach us
- Live chat inside your account on the official Bananzia site. Fastest, and the agent can see your account.
- Email [email protected], sent from the address registered on the account.
What support will never ask for
Your password. The full number and CVV of a payment card. A one-time code sent to your phone or email. A payment to “release” a withdrawal. If a message asks for these, it is not from Bananzia, whatever address it appears to come from.
What to include
- The email address or phone number the account is registered with.
- What happened and when, with your local time and time zone.
- For payments: amount, currency, method and date, plus a transaction reference if you have one.
- A screenshot of any error, showing the address bar.
Do not send passwords or full card numbers, even when asked to prove ownership. They are never needed.
The usual cases
A withdrawal is taking longer than expected
Check first whether verification is complete, since an unverified account holds payouts at the review stage. With the amount, date and method the payout can be traced.
Verification documents
Upload documents through the account area rather than by email where possible. If the upload fails, say which document and which error appeared.
Closing an account or taking a break
Limits, breaks and self-exclusion are covered on the responsible gambling page. They are handled ahead of the ordinary queue.
A site or message pretending to be Bananzia
Send the link or a screenshot to [email protected]. The official site page shows how to tell a copy from the real thing.
